From the very beginning of the interview process, the company left a very positive impression on me. My initial feelings were confirmed, as over the years I have always been treated as an equal partner. I was given opportunities to grow, innovate, and prove myself in various roles.
I had the chance to take on the role of Acting HelpDesk Manager and later spent nearly five years as an Operations Manager, overseeing technical administration. During this time, I gained a comprehensive understanding of the company’s business administration processes, the systems in use, and the most common challenges.
Currently, I am focused on finding solutions to these challenges by designing and developing automation solutions. Over the past few years, I have worked with many excellent colleagues with significant expertise. This sense of stability is very important to me, as is being surrounded by people who motivate me and from whom I can continuously learn.
Henrietta Hugyik – Software Tester
I work as a full-time software tester at 4iG's Szeged office. Before that, I was part of the team as an intern for almost a year. I joined a well-structured internship program, during which my colleagues continuously supported and guided my development both professionally and personally. From the very beginning, I experienced not only the helpfulness of my colleagues but also the competence and attentiveness of the leadership, as well as the efficiency of teamwork. Thanks to the company, I have improved not only in my role but also in other areas, such as enhancing my English skills through the company’s language courses.
